A man was caught on camera swam for three hours on a dog’s back and back legs.
The video, posted on the Facebook page of a local dog surfing club, shows the man swam in the water for more than three hours while surfing.
“I’m not sure if he just wanted to surf and it just happened, but we were watching him surfing and we were looking at him and I just started swimming with him and then I started thinking, ‘I’m going to do it too,'” the man said.
The man’s girlfriend, who also surfs with the group, posted the video to their Facebook page on Saturday.
“He was swimming with his dog, which he named Shaggy,” the woman wrote.
“Then I saw the video and I was like, ‘Wow, this is crazy.
I don’t know how you could do it.'”
The woman then posted the same video on their Facebook pages with a message of support.
“His dog has a lot of love in him,” she wrote.
The dog was later rescued by the man’s family.
