What is the All STARs?
The 2019 NBA’s version of the NBA All Stars will be comprised of players from the league’s top teams and will be selected by a panel of experts.
Each of the league-wide players will be assigned a particular spot in the All star game and will take part in a pregame ceremony with a team of fans in attendance.
Here are some key facts to know when it comes to the 2019 All-stars:All-Star Games: The All- Stars are not in competition for any player awards.
The All Stars are the only players who can win a player of the month award.
All- Star Game: The game starts at 10:30 a.m.
ET on Sunday, Feb. 18.
Each team will select its starting lineup.
Each game is double-headers, with the winners of the first two games advancing to play each of the remaining games in the tournament.
Winners of the final two games will face off in the quarterfinals.
Each side will also play the teams in the next round of the tournament, which begins at 7:30 p.m., on Feb. 20.
The final two rounds will be played on Sunday night, Feb 19.
Each player will receive $500,000.
For the first game, the winner receives $300,000, the runner-up receives $200,000 and the third-place finisher receives $100,000 apiece.
Players earn $50,000 for each game they are a starter.
For every game they aren’t a starter, the team with the lower seed receives $25,000 each.
If a player makes the Allstar team, he or she is eligible for the All.
The winning team earns a spot in both the All Pro and All-NBA rosters.
The winner of the 2018 NBA AllStar Game received $3 million.
All Star Weekend: The NBA All STAR weekend is a four-day event that is expected in the spring.
Players will participate in clinics and other activities throughout the weekend.
All Stars: The winners of All- star weekends earn the All in the Game, All-Rookie and All NBA Rookie of the Year awards.
In addition, All Star weekend players earn All- Basketball’s Most Improved player of each position.

The NBA’s Tournaments feature teams from every major conference and the top 25 teams from each conference.
The tournament culminates in a All-America Classic between the NBA Champion Boston Celtics and the Charlotte Hornets on Feb 19 in Brooklyn.
All Tourney: The final tournament will be on Feb 20 in Phoenix, Ariz.
The league’s All Tournament is the most prestigious tournament in the NBA.
All NBA Finals: The Finals will take place in Phoenix on March 2 and 3, 2019.
The championship will be a three-game, best-of-seven series.
The last two games are played on Thursday and Friday nights, and both games will be broadcast live on TNT.
NBA Playoffs: The playoffs begin in early March and feature the NBA champion Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Clippers and Houston Rockets.
The finals will be held in Phoenix.
